In trying to assess and mainstream HIV/AIDS in the Millennium Campaign, AWEPON in partnership with SIPPA, Conducted a Poverty and socio-impact assessments of HIV/AIDS among households in Tanzania, Swaziland and Cameroon. The study found out that much as there's political will to fight HIV /AIDS, the agricultural sector which most households depend on is ignored. There's interrelationship between HIV/AIDS and agriculture.

AWEPON sought to take advantages of this campaign to call upon the governments of the three countries to address HIV/AIDs in the work places and also to address HIV/AIDs concerns in the macroeconomic policies and MTEFs at the country level. More details can be found in the below linked reports.
